- Local Storage on Your PC: All converted output files (PNG, JPG, PDF) are generated and saved exclusively on your local computer in the folder of your choice (such as your Pictures or Documents folder).
- No Content Inspection or AI Training: We never inspect, index, analyze, or train machine learning/AI models on your documents or images.

Billing & Payment Security:

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions:
You can review, manage, or cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your Microsoft Account Services & Subscriptions portal at https://account.microsoft.com/services. If cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period without any renewal charges.

We believe your personal identity is none of our business. Unlike web converters or ad-supported utilities, our application does not track you:

- Windows Credential Locker (PasswordVault): Used strictly to save your remaining conversion balance locally on your personal device across uninstallation and reinstallation without storing any personal information.
5. Children's Privacy
Our application contains no mature, harmful, or inappropriate content and is safe for general audiences. We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13, in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international privacy laws.
